Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Perth Hill Maxi Taxi.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking details including pickup address, destination, date, and time.

Waiting Time

Additional charges may apply if passengers are not ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Airport pickups may include a reasonable complimentary waiting period.

Vehicle Capacity

Passengers must ensure the number of passengers and luggage provided during booking is accurate.

For safety reasons, vehicle passenger limits cannot be exceeded.

Conduct

Perth Hill Maxi Taxi reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who:

Service Availability

Although we strive to provide timely service, delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting Perth Hill Maxi Taxi.

For cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no cancellation fee may apply.

Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and cancellation charges may apply.

Refunds

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

Cancellation by Perth Hill Maxi Taxi

In rare circumstances, Perth Hill Maxi Taxi reserves the right to cancel a booking due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where applicable, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
